Turn UP for FREEDOM!!!
Let's free ourselves from societal standards and move our bodies to the beats & tunes of music. During the 1 hour dance fitness class that is offererd participants are encouraged to release any forms of shakles still weighing you down and be free. Let your soul play, dance and sing. After class we will unwind with a 1 hour Smoke & Strech Sesh that will leave your body feeling completely rejuvenated. This class is BYOB (Bring Your Own Bud) however, the first 10 people will get a FREE PRE-ROLL!
